Available Tools

List Sync

Synchronise subscribers between two lists. Useful when you want to ensure one list contains all subscribers from another.

  1. Select the source list and target list
  2. Choose sync direction: source → target, or bidirectional
  3. Click Sync

List Comparison

Compare two lists and identify subscribers that exist in one but not the other. Useful for finding people who haven't been added to a particular list yet.

Remove Duplicates

Scans your list for duplicate email addresses and removes the extras, keeping only the most recent record.

Suppression Lists

Upload a suppression list (CSV of email addresses) to prevent those addresses from being added to your lists or receiving campaigns. This is essential for:

  • Honouring unsubscribe requests from other platforms
  • Excluding known complainers or spam trap addresses
  • Regulatory compliance (e.g. do-not-email lists)

Bulk Actions

Perform bulk operations on subscribers:

  • Bulk delete — remove subscribers matching specific criteria
  • Bulk status change — change subscriber status (e.g. unsubscribe all unconfirmed subscribers older than 90 days)
  • Bulk blacklist — blacklist subscribers by uploading a list of email addresses
