Browse and customise professionally designed email templates for any occasion.

Accessing the Gallery

Go to Templates in the sidebar
Click Template Gallery (or Create from Gallery)
Browse available templates by category
Click Preview to see a full preview of any template
Click Use Template to create a copy that you can customise

Template Categories

The gallery includes templates organised by purpose:

Newsletter — multi-section layouts for regular updates, news digests, and company bulletins
Promotional — sales, discounts, product launches, and seasonal offers
Welcome — first-impression emails for new subscribers and customers
Announcement — event invitations, product updates, and company news
Transactional — order confirmations, receipts, and account notifications
Re-engagement — win-back campaigns for inactive subscribers
Minimal — clean, simple layouts that work for any purpose

Reusable Content Blocks

Beyond whole templates, you can save individual sections — a header, a product card, a footer — as reusable blocks. Build a block once and drop it into any template.

Organise blocks into categories and reorder them to suit your workflow.
Import blocks to quickly build up your own library.
Duplicate a block to create a variation without starting over.

Customising a Gallery Template

After selecting a template, it opens in the Email Builder where you can:

Replace placeholder text with your own content
Swap placeholder images with your brand assets
Change colours to match your brand palette
Add or remove content blocks
Update links and calls-to-action
Modify fonts and spacing

Your customised version is saved as a new template — the original gallery template remains unchanged and can be reused.

Tip: Create a "master" branded version of your favourite gallery template, then duplicate it each time you need a new campaign. This saves time and keeps your branding consistent.
