Suppression & Blacklists

Keep addresses you must never email out of your sends — protecting your reputation and respecting your subscribers' choices.

Email Blacklist

Your email blacklist is a list of individual addresses that should never receive your campaigns. Addresses land here automatically when someone unsubscribes or marks your email as spam, and you can add addresses manually too.

  • Add an address to stop emailing it across all your lists.
  • Remove an address only if you're certain it was added by mistake and you have permission to email it.

Suppression Lists

A suppression list is a reusable set of addresses to exclude from sends — useful when you import a do-not-contact file from another system, or want to exclude a group across multiple campaigns.

  1. Create a suppression list and give it a clear name.
  2. Add addresses manually or import them in bulk.
  3. Any address on the list is automatically skipped when you send.
