Support
Get help your way — ask the AI assistant for instant answers, chat with a live agent, or open a support ticket for anything that needs a closer look.
Where to find it: Open Support from the main menu. It contains Support Tickets and Credentials. Availability of AI chat and live support depends on your plan.
Ways to Get Help
🤖 AI Chat
Ask a question in plain language and get an instant answer drawn from this documentation. Great for quick how-tos at any hour.
💬 Live Support
Need a person? Escalate from AI chat to a live human agent during support hours.
🎫 Tickets
For issues that take time, open a ticket so you have a tracked, written record.
Using AI Chat
Open the support panel and type your question. The assistant answers immediately and can point you to the right documentation. If it can't fully resolve your question, you can escalate to a live human agent without losing the conversation.
Opening a Support Ticket
- Go to Support → Support Tickets and choose New Support Ticket.
- Describe your issue in detail — the more context, the faster we can help.
- Set a priority and attach screenshots or files if they help.
- Submit. You'll be notified by email when support replies, and you can reply from My Support Tickets.
Sharing Credentials Securely
Sometimes our team needs login details for a third-party system to deliver a service for you — for example your domain registrar or hosting. Rather than emailing passwords, we use a secure Credentials request.
- When the team needs access, they send a request that appears under Support → Credentials.
- The request names the platform (for example GoDaddy, Cloudflare, or cPanel) so you know which system it's for, with a short message explaining why.
- Submit the requested details. They're encrypted at rest, and a request can expire after a set date, after which it can no longer be used.
Security note: support will never ask for your waveMail password. Credential requests are only ever for the third-party systems needed to complete a service you've ordered.
