Subscriptions & Billing
Manage your waveMail plan, understand pricing, and handle billing.
Subscription Plans
waveMail offers flexible subscription plans based on your sending volume and feature requirements. Plans are tailored to your business needs during onboarding.
Your subscription determines:
- Subscriber limit — the maximum number of active subscribers across all your lists
- Monthly send limit — the total number of emails you can send per billing cycle
- Feature access — which features are available (automation, landing pages, surveys, etc.)
- Sending speed — how quickly emails are dispatched
Viewing Your Current Plan
- Click your account name > My Account in the top-left corner
- Select Subscription
- You'll see your current plan details including usage statistics and renewal date

Usage Tracking
Your dashboard displays real-time usage against your plan limits:
- Subscribers used — how many active subscribers you have vs. your limit
- Emails sent — how many emails you've sent this billing cycle vs. your limit
Approaching your limit? waveMail will notify you by email when you reach 80% and 90% of your subscriber or sending limit. To avoid interruptions, contact us to upgrade before you hit 100%.

Upgrading or Changing Your Plan
To upgrade or modify your subscription, please contact the waveMail team directly. We'll work with you to find the right plan for your growing needs.
Contact us at our support page to discuss plan changes.
Billing Cycle
waveMail subscriptions are billed on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual depending on your agreement). Key points:
- Your billing cycle starts on the date your account was activated
- Sending limits reset at the start of each billing cycle
- Subscriber limits are continuous (they don't reset)
- Invoices are sent to your registered email address
Changing or Upgrading Your Plan
You can move to a different plan at any time from Subscriptions → Price plans.
- Choose Browse subscription plans to compare what's available.
- Select the plan you want — for example switching from monthly to annual billing, or moving up a tier as you grow.
- Confirm the change. You'll see "Upgrade complete" once it's applied.
If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period (it "cancels at period end"), and you can Resubscribe at any time.
Orders History
Every payment is recorded under Subscriptions → Orders history. Each entry shows the order number, the plan, the total, and full order details — handy for your records and accounting.
