Staff Accounts
Give colleagues their own login under your account, with permissions you control.
Good to know: Subaccounts let your team work in waveMail without sharing a single password. Availability and the number of subaccounts depend on your plan.
What a Staff Can Do
A subaccount is a separate user that operates inside your main account. You decide what each subaccount can access — for example, only specific lists, campaigns, or sections of the platform.
Creating a Staff Account
- Open Staff Account from your account area.
- Add the person's name and email address.
- Set their permissions — choose which features and data they can see and change.
- Save. They'll receive their own login credentials.

Managing Access
- Update a subaccount's permissions at any time as responsibilities change.
- Disable a subaccount to immediately revoke access without deleting their work.
- Encourage every subaccount to enable two-factor authentication.
Best practice: Grant the minimum access each person needs to do their job. You can always widen permissions later.
