Services

Browse and purchase add-on services for your account, then track every order in one place.

Where to find it: Open Services from the main menu (or My Account → Services). Use Browse services to see what's available and Orders to see your history.

Buying a Service

Click Browse services and choose a service.
Review the details and price, then Purchase and complete checkout.
You'll see a confirmation, and the order is recorded under your service orders.

Your Service Orders

Each order shows its order number, the service, amount, payment method, status, and date.

Status	Meaning	What you can do
Pending	The order is awaiting payment or processing.	View, Continue (complete it), or Cancel.
Paid	Payment received; the service is being worked on.	View
Delivered	The service has been completed.	View
Cancelled	The order was cancelled.	View

Heads up: if a service needs access to something you control (like a domain registrar), our team may send a secure request for those details — see Support. Recurring plans are handled separately under Subscriptions & Plans.
