Landing Pages
Create dedicated landing pages to capture leads, promote offers, and drive conversions.
What Are Landing Pages?
Landing pages are standalone web pages designed for a specific purpose — typically to capture email signups, promote an offer, or support a campaign. waveMail lets you create and host landing pages directly within the platform, with no external website required.
Creating a Landing Page
- Navigate to Landing Pages in the sidebar
- Click Create New Page
- Enter a page title and URL slug (e.g.
summer-sale)
- Choose a starting template or start with a blank page
- Use the visual editor to build your page content
- Click Publish when ready

Landing Page Features
- Visual editor — drag-and-drop page builder with text, images, buttons, and form blocks
- Subscription forms — embed signup forms that connect directly to your waveMail lists
- Custom URLs — each page gets a unique URL you can share in campaigns, social media, and ads
- Mobile responsive — pages automatically adapt to mobile devices
- Analytics — track page views and form submissions
Connecting to Lists
When you add a subscription form to your landing page:
- Select which list new subscribers should be added to
- Choose which fields to display (email, name, custom fields)
- Configure a thank-you message or redirect URL shown after submission
Using Your Own Domain
By default your published pages live on a waveMail address. To serve them from your own domain instead, add a Landing Page Domain — this only needs a single CNAME record, nothing else.
- Open Landing Pages → Domains (this is the same place reachable under Domains) and add your domain or subdomain, for example
pages.yourcompany.com.
- At your DNS provider, create the single CNAME record shown.
- Verify the domain, then select it when you publish a landing page so the page loads on your own address.

Use Cases
- Lead magnets — offer a free download in exchange for an email signup
- Event registration — collect RSVPs for webinars or events
- Promotional campaigns — dedicated pages for sales or product launches
- Survey collection — link from campaigns to a feedback page
- Contest entries — collect entries for competitions or giveaways
Example: a lead-capture landing page
- Start from a template. Go to Landing Pages → Templates and pick a lead-capture layout.
- Add your offer. Edit the headline and copy in the drag-and-drop builder — for example, “Get our free guide”.
- Connect a list. Point the page's form at your list so every submission becomes a subscriber.
- Use your own domain. Publish on a branded URL with a CNAME (see Using Your Own Domain on the Pages & Builder page).
- Publish & measure. Go live, then track visits and conversions in Reports.
