Grow your lists with hosted signup pages, embeddable forms, and on-site popups — all built with a visual, drag-and-drop designer.
waveMail gives you three ways to collect subscribers, all connected to the same list and opt-in rules:
A lightweight form you paste into any page on your website. It inherits your page styles and loads faster than a traditional iframe.
A standalone, fully hosted signup page with its own link — perfect for social bios, QR codes, or paid ads when you don't have a website.
An overlay that appears on your site based on timing or scroll behaviour. Runs in its own sandbox so it never clashes with your site's code.

The designer pulls in the custom fields defined on your list. For each field you can:
Apply a theme preset to instantly style the whole form, then fine-tune the details:
Popup forms add a Behavior & Fields step where you decide when and where the popup appears.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Active | Turns the popup on so it displays on your website. |
| After time delay | Shows the popup after a set number of seconds on the page. |
| After scrolling | Shows the popup once the visitor scrolls down the page. |
| Delay (seconds) | How long to wait before the popup appears. |
| All pages | Display the popup site-wide, or limit it to specific pages. |

Once your form is saved, open How to embed your forms to get the snippet:
Submissions follow the list's opt-in rules — if your list uses double opt-in, new subscribers receive a confirmation email before being added.
The preference center is branded with a Business Profile (company name and logo).
The preference center is a hosted page where your subscribers manage what they receive instead of unsubscribing entirely. Design it under Design preference center page.
Link to it from any campaign using these tags:
| Tag | Inserts |
|---|---|
[MANAGE_SUBSCRIPTIONS_LINK] |
A ready-made "Manage your preferences" link. |
[MANAGE_SUBSCRIPTIONS_URL] |
The raw URL, so you can wrap it in your own button or text. |
