Automation Flows

Build automated journeys with a visual, drag-and-drop flow builder. Send the right message automatically — triggered by what your subscribers do.

What Is a Flow?

A flow is an automated sequence built from three kinds of steps that you connect on a visual canvas:

⚡ Triggers

Start the flow — for example when someone joins a list, opens a campaign, or has a date field that matches today.

🔀 Conditions

Branch the journey based on subscriber data or behaviour, so different people get different paths.

🎯 Actions

Do something — send an email, wait a period of time, update a field, or move the subscriber to another list.

The Flows Dashboard

Your dashboard lists every flow with its status and key stats. From here you can create, duplicate, activate, or delete flows.

Building a Flow

  1. Click Create Flow — start from scratch or pick a ready-made flow template.
  2. Add a trigger step to define what starts the journey.
  3. Drag in action and condition steps and connect them on the canvas.
  4. Open any step to configure it (choose the email to send, set a wait time, define a branch rule, and so on).

Starting From a Template

Flow templates give you a proven structure for common journeys. Choose Create from template and customise it to your needs.

Common Automations

Testing & Activating

  • Use Run test with your chosen test subscribers to preview the journey before going live.
  • When you're happy, Activate the flow so it starts running for real subscribers.
  • Check the flow's stats over time to see how it's performing and refine it.
