AI Tools

Write better emails, faster. waveMail's AI tools help you generate content, score your subject lines, and check messages for spam triggers before you hit send.

AI Content Generation

The content wizard helps you draft a complete, on-brand email in seconds. Tell it about your business and the AI produces ready-to-edit copy and a matching template layout.

Generating a Template

  1. Start a new template and choose the AI wizard.
  2. Pick the option that best fits your business — for example Technology / SaaS, IT Services / MSP, or B2B / Industrial.
  3. Describe what the email is about and choose a font style.
  4. Review the generated layout and copy, then refine any block in the builder.

Subject Line Scoring

Your subject line is the single biggest factor in whether an email gets opened. The Subject Line Score Report analyses your subject and gives you actionable feedback.

The report looks at signals such as:

  • Length — whether it's likely to be cut off on mobile devices.
  • Clarity and tone — how compelling and clear the message is.
  • Spam-trigger words — phrases that can hurt deliverability.
  • Use of emojis and capitalisation — and whether they help or hurt.

To run it, enter your subject line on the campaign setup screen and open the score report. Adjust your subject based on the suggestions and re-score until you're happy.

Spam Testing

Before sending, run your campaign through the spam test to catch issues that could land you in the junk folder. The test reviews your content and structure and flags common problems, such as:

  • A poor text-to-image ratio
  • Spam-trigger words and phrases in the body
  • Missing or broken unsubscribe links
  • Formatting that mail providers tend to penalise
